Food and Drink in Morocco

A variety of ingredients and spices used impressive. Morocco abundance of fresh food locally produced to create a lot of meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, nuts and spices, as an essential feature of Moroccan cuisine.

Restaurants usually serve French cuisine, Italian and Spanish, and traditional Moroccan cuisine. Three-course menus are still cheap.

Many of the souk is a rich selection of kebabs (brochettes) often served in a spicy sauce. Other Moroccan cuisine can eat, restaurants basis, the souk or median. They are cheap, simple act, but delicious mouth watering.
